Mix and drink up at the first sign of a scratchy throat. It's gross, but it works! The pepper also helps burn away that scratchiness!
1 cup | water (hot or cold) |
1 tablespoon | apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered, organic if possible) |
1 teaspoon | raw honey |
1 pinch | (1/10 t.) cayenne pepper |
1. Mix ingredients and drink.
2. Go to bed and get a good night's rest.
3. Wake up with no scratchy throat! Praise the Lord!!!
