Original recipe from Larry & Carolyn :)

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

2 cans tomato soup (26 oz. each)
2 cans water (26 oz. each)
1 1/2 cup diced tomato (canned or fresh)
3 ounces diced onions (optional)
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin (optional)
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced (or serve as an optional topping)
1 pound Italian sausage
4 ounces pepperoni, sliced or cubed
1 1/2 tablespoon basil leaves (rounded)
2 tablespoons oregano (rounded)
1 tablespoon onion powder (rounded)
1 tablespoon garlic powder (rounded)
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Combine tomato soup, water and tomatoes in pot.
2. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms and add to pot.
3. Cook and drain sausage and add to pot. Add pepperoni and spices.
4. Cook for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle each serving with mozzarella cheese.

Note: Makes 1 gallon (recipe fills my family size crockpot)
Note: When adding the spices you may think the amounts are typos, they are not; they are Tablespoons, not teaspoons.
