Every year, my mom throws her traditional Christmas Eve party for our family. This party means a lot to me because my parents are divorced and I do not get to spend Christmas Day with my mom anymore. Her party is always the highlight of my Christmas season, however, because it is when I exchange gifts with siblings, spend quality time with family, and most importantly, eat an entire cheeseball by myself. My mom asks me every year what I want her to make, and I always say this cheeseball. I am thrilled to have this recipe on file for my own personal use now, because it has become tradition to have one for my family on Christmas Eve whether or not I get to spend it with my mom. It is delicious and great for family members of all ages, and makes a perfect appetizer when you have a lot of people to feed.
