14 ounces | (1 can) ocean spray® whole berry cranberry sauce (or 3 cups cranberries with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water add orange zest, cinnamon, cloves if desired) it's ok if it remains slightly tart, it's layered between lots of sweet. |

1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
2 Combine cranberry sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Or make sauce from scratch
3 Combine flour, oats and brown sugar in large bowl. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups morsel mixture for topping. With floured fingers, press remaining mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
4 While crust is baking, beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
5 Sprinkle white chocolate over warm crust.Pour cream cheese/sweetened condensed milk over crust. Spoon cranberry sauce over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved morsel mixture over cranberry mixture. Small offset spatula helps spread both cream cheese layer and cranberry layer.
6 Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate until serving time (up to 1 day). Cut into bars.
