3 | bags microwave popcorn |
2 | cubes butter |
2 cups | brown sugar |
1/2 cup | Karo corn syrup |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | mexican vanilla extract |
3/4 teaspoon | baking soda |
Pour popped microwave popcorn into a large bowl, then transfer to another large bowl with your fingers to remove all unpopped kernals. Mix butter, sugar, syrup, and salt in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and mix to coat.
