| 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries, defrosted |
| 4 tablespoons honey, or to taste |
| 1 (8-ounce) package frozen blueberries |
| 1 liter seltzer water or sparkling water |
In a food processor, puree the sliced strawberries, with their juice, and honey until smooth. To assemble the drink: Pour a generous spoonful of the fruit puree into a champagne flute. Add a few frozen blueberries and top with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
