Ingredients:
2 | zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices |
2 | yellow crookneck squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices |
2 | red bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips |
2 | yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips |
2 | green bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips |
1/3 cup | zesty italian herb dressing |
1/4 cup | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions:
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill vegetables 10 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
Place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
