Ingredients:
2 | avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed |
1 1/2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
4 | large tomatoes, cubed |
1 pound | fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed |
1/3 cup | basil leaves, thinly sliced |
3 1/2 tablespoons | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 pinch | fine sea salt to taste |
Directions:
Combine avocados and lemon juice in a large bowl; toss to coat. Add tomato, mozzarella, and basil; toss again. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
