Simple Green Salad

In just 10 minutes you can turn one romaine heart into a delicious salad with homemade dressing.

Ingredients:

1 minced shallot
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1\3 cups olive oil
1 torn Romaine lettuce
1 head torn Bibb lettuce
1\2 bunches chopped chives


Directions:
Whisk 1 minced shallot, 1 tablespoon each whole-grain mustard and lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Whisk in 1/3 cup olive oil. Toss with 1 torn romaine heart, 1 torn head Bibb lettuce and 1/2 bunch chopped chives.
