Garden Salad with Creamy Dressing
This delicious summer garden salad–with a creamy dressing that nobody will believe is only cream, salt, and pepper–really lets the fresh veggies be the star of the show.

2/3 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
4 green onions, sliced
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, salt and pepper. Add enough salt so that the dressing is slightly salty, as the saltiness will dilute once mixed into the salad. Set aside.
Place lettuce, cucumber, radishes, and green onions in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes, and toss again before serving.
