Chinese Cabbage Salad
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 (3-ounce) package chicken ramen noodle
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Thinly slice cabbage. Break uncooked noodles in pieces. Add almonds and noodles to cabbage. Whisk together seasoning packet from noodles with remaining ingredients.
Pour over cabbage and toss.
