Baked Carrots
Serves 6
Ingredients:
6-12 large carrots or desired amount2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
Peel and quarter desired amount of carrots. Place in baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 275°F for 1 hour or until crisp tender.
