Vegetables with Cheese Sauce
Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 carrots, peeled and sliced1 cup cauliflowerets
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in small saucepan. Add vegetables and steam about 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain. Heat cheddar cheese soup, stirring until smooth. Pour over vegetables.
