Black Beans
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 pounds black beans2 cups onions
1/2 cup garlic
1 1/3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
4 dashes cayenne pepper
1 1/3 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion, and garlic, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Season with cilantro, cayenne, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
