Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6

Ingredients:

6 potatoes
1/2 cup butter
milk
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Peel potatoes and cut in pieces. Place in large saucepan filled with 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain. Add butter and mash, adding enough milk for a creamy consistency. Beat cream cheese until smooth and blend in sour cream. Stir into potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish and cover. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
