Chop peppers for today – 2 green and 2 red. Chop another red pepper and save for Day 2, Chinese Chop Salad.
Day 2 - Shred cabbage for Day 3, Minestrone Soup while preparing Chinese Chop Salad.
Day 3 –The minestrone soup makes 12 servings. Freeze remaining in meal size portions. When making the Crusty French Bread, double or triple the recipe - shape into a loaf and wrap with plastic wrap. Freeze. To cook, remove plastic wrap and thaw completely to let it rise. Bake as directed.
Prepare the green beans for Day 4 while preparing the beans for Minestrone Soup.
Day 4 – Grate Parmesan Cheese for Day 4 and 5. You will need 1 cup + 3 tablespoons, used in Parmesan and Spinach Orzo, Baked Stuffed Chicken, and the Pesto. If you use store-bought pesto – omit ½ cup from total grated.
