Ingredients:
1 cup | small cauliflower florets |
1 cup | small broccoli florets |
1 | medium carrot, sliced |
1 | medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks |
1 | small yellow squash, sliced |
1 | small zucchini, sliced |
3/4 cup | chicken broth |
1/2 teaspoon | garlic pepper seasoning |
1 teaspoon | fresh, chopped basil leaves |
sesame seeds, for topping |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, except sesame seeds, in shallow baking dish. Cover.
Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
