Use whatever milk you'd like - milk, cream, half & half, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.

Ingredients:
4 cups | water |
4 | organic black tea bags |
3/4 to 1 cups | organic sugar |
2 | anise stars |
2 | cardamom pods, smashed |
2 | cloves |
1 cup | milk or milk substitute of choice |

Directions:
1. Bring water to simmer. Add tea bags, sugar, anise stars, cardamom pods, and cloves. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and steep, uncovered 30 minutes.
2. Strain tea into glass container and refrigerate until cool.
3. Pour over ice in glasses. Add milk of choice.
4. Serve.
