Bread Sticks
Dovetailing Tip: About an hour before you serve dinner, take the bread dough out of the refrigerator that you made for Meal 1. Pull off golf ball size pieces and roll into sticks. Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until golden.

Directions:
About an hour before you serve dinner, take the bread dough out of the refrigerator. If it is frozen dough, allow to thaw completely, but will still be cold. Pull off golf ball size pieces and roll into sticks. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle on the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes (or longer if you want them to rise more). Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, or until golden.
