This fruit salad is a hit at pot-lucks. When I make it for my family, I leave out the banana. The rest of the fruit stays well for a few days in the fridge, but the banana will go dark. When serving, I slice a few slices of banana into the portions that I'm serving.

Ingredients:
1 (29-ounce) can | peach slices, undrained |
1 (20-ounce) can | pineapple chunks, undrained |
1 (3 1/4-ounce) package | dry instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 pound | strawberries, stemmed and quartered |
1 | banana, sliced |
1/2 pint | blueberries |
1 bunch | grape green and/or red |
Directions:
In a large bowl, drain the juice from the peaches and pineapple chunks, and stir the dry vanilla pudding mix into the juice. Mix well until pudding is dissolved.
Stir in peaches, pineapple chunks, strawberries, banana, blueberries, and grapes. Chill until ready to serve.
