Buy enough brisket to have leftovers of about a pound of sliced corned beef, plus 1 1/2 cups of chopped. Serve the leftovers for Meal 2, Corned Beef Sliders, and for Meal 4, Corned Beef Hash. If you serve 8 for Meal 1, buy an additional 2 pounds of brisket.
When ready to make the Sliders, use the leftover sliced corned beef brisket from Meal 1.
To make the Irish Soda Bread Pudding, use the leftover Soda Bread from Meal 1. Cube the bread and toast it in a 400° oven for 5 minutes.
Remember to use the cubed corned beef from Meal 1 in this delicious recipe.
