Easy Fruit Salad with Orange Poppy Seed Dressing

Simply the best and easiest fruit salad! You can use fruits in season but the BEST part is the dressing!

Ingredients:
4 cups | strawberries, hulled and halved |
2 cups | blackberries |
1 cup | blueberries |
4 | mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented |
3 | kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup | fresh mint leaves, torn |
1/4 cup | freshly squeezed orange juice |
zest of 1 orange | |
1 tablespoon | honey, or more, to taste |
1/2 teaspoon | poppy seeds |
pinch of nutmeg |
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, honey, poppy seeds and nutmeg; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, oranges and kiwi. Stir in orange juice mixture and gently toss to combine.
Let sit at least 15 minutes before serving, garnished with mint, if desired.*
