2 | granny smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks |
1 pound | honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks |
1 (20-ounce) can | pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into small wedges |
1/2 cup | dried cherries |
1/2 cup | plain yogurt |
1/2 cup | cream of coconut |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
In a large bowl add the apple chunks, honey dew melon, pineapple chunks, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut, and pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
