Roasted Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Toss together all ingredients; spread in a 15x10x1-in. pan. Roast until peas are crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes, stirring once.
