Tony's Oreo Hershey Pie



Ingredients:

1 package oreo cookie divided
1/4 cup butter melted
8 ounces cream cheese softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
12 ounces cool-whip divided (large container)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3.56 ounces chocolate pudding mixes (4-serving box)
1 1/2 cup milk
semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Finely crush 22 Oreo cookies. Mix cookies and melted butter, then press firmly on bottom and sides of 9" pie plate, making a no-bake Oreo pie crust.
2. Make pudding as directed on box for pie, using only 1 1/2 c. of milk. Fold in 4-6 oz. of Cool-Whip. Pour this, Layer 1, into prepared pie crust and smooth.
3. Whip cream cheese until softened. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in remaining Cool-Whip (6 oz.), along with remaining coarsely chopped Oreo cookies. Add this to pie as Layer 2.
4. Top with miniature chocolate chips. Chill until ready to serve.
4. Refrigerate or freeze until set.
