Pressure Cooker Shrimp

Serves: 2



Ingredients:

1 pound Jumbo Frozen, Shell on shrimp
2 tablespoons Old Bay
2 tablespoons Creole Seasoning
1 cup water

Directions:

1. Pour water into your pot. Add Old Bay and Creole seasoning.
2. Place rack in your pot and arrange shrimp on the rack spreading it out. Pot on Pressure Cooker lid and lock.
3. Select PRESSURE, TEMP and scroll to 1 minute. Press dial to start.
4. Once the signal sounds that the cooking is done, carefully open the quick release button.
5. Once the steam has been released, remove the lid and serve with your favorite sauce.
