Ingredients:

1 package Manischewitz® Matzo Ball mix
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or grapeseed oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, you going to combine the bag #1 of Manischewitz® Matzo Ball mix. but with a few "secret" changes. Crack 2 eggs into a medium glass bowl. With a fork (I a spinner whisk), beat egg whites first, and then incorporate yolks: tilt the bowl to one side and "pull" whites up and beat until frothy. Then break yolks and beat together until light yellow and bubbly. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and whip again until fully incorporated and bubbly. Add packet of mix and onion powder, and garlic powder stir just until combined. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Remove matzo ball mix from fridge, with wet hands form into balls, just under the size of ping-pong balls, about 8.

3. Combine 4 cups water with the 2nd bag of Manischewitz® Vegetable Broth, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin in a 4-quart pot, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Drop into broth, cover, and lower heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
