Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients:

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese you can substitute some romano or other hard cheese as needed.
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning use any combination of garlic, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, oregano, etc...just don't add salt.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Don't use foil. You will burn the crisps.

Toss all of the ingredients together in a small bowl, then spread evenly on the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 12 minutes or until crispy, rotating the pan half way through.

Allow to cool completely. Break into pieces, then store in an airtight container lined with a paper towel. They will last 1 - 2 weeks.
