A raw cookie takes effort, love and intention. Yann, Milla and Phoebe created this delicious and fun cookie for that after school snack.

4 c Almonds
1/4 c Cacao Nips
1 c Chia Seeds
1 c Coconut Water
1 c Gogi Berry
1 c Hemp Seeds
1/4 c agave
6 piece dates
Sauce
2 piece Bananas
1 c coconut flakes
1 c Coconut Water
2 c Coconut Meat from baby thai
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1 pinch Vanilla


Cookie Mixture-
Add pulp from nut milk mix int 1 cup of coconut water and chia seeds set aside for the chia seeds to expand. Add almonds into cuisinart and pulse 20 x toss in cacao nip. Now add in chia seed mixture with coconut water pulse 25x. Add agave pulse 13 x. Add chopped dates. Add one more cup of water i needed. Take out cookie mixture into a large mixing bowl stir in cinnamon and hemp seeds.

Cookie Sauce-

Add bananas, coconut flakes, coconut water, coconut meat, vanilla, coconut oil into cuisinart and pulse foe 50-75 counts or until creamy. When mixture is creamy put into mixing bowl.
Take out your dehydrator teflar sheets get your cookie cutters out. Press into the cookie cutters the mixture until all the mixture is gone.

Now scoop on top the sauce. Put into the dehydrator for 24- 36 hours.

or until crispy.
