Hot Tomato Feta Dip (or Pasta Sauce)!

Serves: 8

This has a huge flavor punch and is the easiest hot dip (or pasta sauce) you will ever make!



Ingredients:

3 cups grape tomatoes
drizzle olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
fresh ground pink salt
fresh ground black pepper
6 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Put grape tomatoes In your largest pie pan.
Drizzle oil over the tomatoes.
Season with a generous amount of garlic powder and onion powder.
Grind on salt and pepper.
Toss with your hands until well coated.
Gently stir in the crumbled feta.

Baked uncovered 20 minutes.
Stir the dip (flattening large tomatoes if necessary) return to bake another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and do a final stir.

Serve with your favorite dippers or pour over you favorite cooked pasta.
