1 cup Almond milk |
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese reduced fat 2% |
to taste salt |
1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Ad flour ad 1 Tablespoon of almond milk; whisk until smooth and bubbly
3. Remove from heat; gradually add remaining milk, whisking to keep smooth
4. Return to heatt and bring to a gentle boil, whisking constantly until thickened.
5. Add cheese and stir until melted
6. Add salt
Note: Can se FF milk instead of Almond Milk. Because almond milk cotains more water reduce flour to 3 tablespoons if using FF milk.
