| 4 cups fresh broccoli (chopped) |
| 1/2 cup onion (chopped) |
| 3 cups boiling water |
| 1 cup celery (finely chopped) |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable soup base |
| 1/2 teaspoon basil |
| 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1/3 cup white bean flour |
In large saucepan combine all but the bean flour. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. In blender, add 1/3 of soup mixture and bean flour. Blend until smooth. Return to sauce pan and cook an additional 3-5 minutes.
