Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

4 cups fresh broccoli (chopped)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
3 cups boiling water
1 cup celery (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons vegetable soup base
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup white bean flour
Yield: 3 servings

Directions:

In large saucepan combine all but the bean flour. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. In blender, add 1/3 of soup mixture and bean flour. Blend until smooth. Return to sauce pan and cook an additional 3-5 minutes.
