Sausage Breakfast Casserole

12 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 generous splashes heavy cream
6-8 oz sour cream
4 tbs cream cheese cubed
1 lb cooked crumbled sausages with grease drained


Whisk eggs, salt and pepper until combined.
Add HWC and sour cream.
Whisk until combined.
Add cubed cream cheese and sausage.
Stir until evenly distributed.
Pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
