12 eggs |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
2 generous splashes heavy cream |
6-8 oz sour cream |
4 tbs cream cheese cubed |
1 lb cooked crumbled sausages with grease drained |
Whisk eggs, salt and pepper until combined.
Add HWC and sour cream.
Whisk until combined.
Add cubed cream cheese and sausage.
Stir until evenly distributed.
Pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
