4 cloves garlic, minced |
4 cups summer squash, diced |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 teaspoon seasoned salt |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
1 cup brown or white rice, as side dish |
1. Add oil, chicken, onion, and garlic to a large skillet. Cook over a medium-high flame until chicken in cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
2. Add squash, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper to the chicken. Continue to cook over a medium-high flame until the squash is fork tender, approximately 7 minutes.
3. Prepare rice as side dish.
4. Serve Chicken and Summer Squash Skillet with rice.
