Plan Plan Plan
Plan to plan. I know. It sounds sooooo boring and ove … and yet it's half the battle.
When planning out a weeks menu, try to do it somewhere where you can actually relax and think. You get to choose when you plan. Planning does not have to be a chore. Try doing it while in the bathtub, or even sit down with your kids so that you can get their input.
My neighbor plans out their family menu while driving in the car with her kids. She says that doing it in the car keeps her kids in one place, and gets them talking to her and to each other. Sometimes it even gets them excited about helping with meals.
