When we created
Cook'n Freezer Meals, Kathy started to learn a little bit about
bulk cooking and
freezer meals. Since then, she has been applying the principles she has learned little by little.
Over time, she got better and better at it. She learned what foods froze well and what foods did not. Mostly, she learned first hand about the benefits of bulk cooking and she fell in love with it.
The
burritos that she demonstrated in this issue of the newsletter are to die for! The World's Best Spaghetti sauce was a few microwave ticks away from ready to serve.
The beautiful thing about it is that it doesn't take any extra effort at all. Tripling the batch of spaghetti sauce is no biggee. Chopping extra green pepper is not a problem. It's a huge time saver.
