Hi,

My name is Lisa and I love your product. I was wondering if you can come up with some simple recipes that we can use on the big truck? I have some ideas. Almost every driver out here in the USA has a laptop like me. The truck stop world we live in is not so good on the health. I'm tired of fried foods. I would love to see our truck drivers eat healthier.

My husband has a small grill on the cat walk behind the tractor. He BBQ's everything. I do a lot of crock pot recipies. The truck driver thinks they can't do it and I have women asking me how do you do it. I tell as many driver I can my recipies. I make tamales to homemade noodles on this truck. Is there a better way I can send you my recipes? Everybody can use these recipies. Also I can explain how a driver can use the crock pot and drive at the same time.

I will do anything for you and our hard working drivers out here. As we always say "Without Trucks America Stops" I would like to put together a healthy recipe book someday. My husband and I are on the Atkins diet and I lost 52 lbs in 2 mo. and Curt lost 40 lbs!!!! WE FEEL GREAT!

What's your 20? That means were are you in trucker talk. My cb handle is Cat and Curt's is Doorslammer.

My 20 is Alpine, UT...just south of Salt Lake City. You'll have to help me come up with a good cb handle. :)
