Cook extra chicken and shred to replace the turkey in Turkey Tortellini Toss on Day 4.
Make a double batch of Focaccia bread. Leave the tomatoes off or on, as desired. Use on Day 3 to make sandwiches. It freezes well, so wrap and freeze any leftovers.
Save any leftover Dutch Butter Cake for Day 5, and serve topped with Chocolate Sauce on Day 5. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and store in the fridge until ready to serve with the warm sauce.
Prepare enough fresh pesto to use on Day 3, Baked Deli Focaccia Sandwich.
Save 1/3 cup of the dried cherries to use in the Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts Slaw, served on Day 4.
