When toasting the pepitas, toast extra 1/4 cup to use for Meal 4's Favorite Green Salad. Store the pepitas in a zip-lock bag. Don't refrigerate.
Save leftover toasted bread to use for Meal 4 to dip in the Olive Oil Dip.
Use the pepitas that you toasted when making Meal 1 to top the salad.
With the saved bread from Meal 2, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the bread, cheese side up, on a baking sheet. Heat for 8-10 minutes, until hot and toasty. Use the bread for dipping in the olive oil.
