Cook a few extra steaks to use in Meal 3's Southwestern Steak Wraps. You will need about 2 1/2 cups chopped steak. After the steak has cooled, chop it into bite size pieces and store in the refrigerator. If you have any leftover vegetables, save them to add in the Wraps.

Remove the chopped steak you saved from Meal 1 to use in the Wraps.


Meal 4: Greek Ziti

When making the Greek Ziti, add in an extra chicken breast. Remove about 1 cup of the chicken when cooked. You will save this for Meal 5, using on the Pizza.

Double the Psomi recipe. Before rising, divide dough in half. Roll one half into a ball and add to a large plastic bag. Store in the refrigerator. You have your pizza crust for Meal 5.

2 hours prior to making the pizza, take the dough you made for Meal 4 out of the fridge. Allow it to come to room temperature. Roll out the dough for a pizza crust. Allow to rise for 30 mins to 1 hour. Pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes at 475 degrees F. Add the toppings and bake as directed.

When making the pizza, grab the veggies that you prepared during Meal 2. Time saved!

Use the cubed chicken you cooked when making the Greek Zitti from Meal 4. Cut in smaller pieces, if needed.
