Purchase 3 pounds of bulk sweet Italian sausage in place of the links in the Catalan Chicken recipe. Crumble and cook all 3 pounds. Use 1/3 of the cooked sausage in this recipe. Add the cooked sausage to the sauce in Step 4. The remaining 2/3 will be used for Meal 4, Sausage Gravy Breakfast Lasagna.
Add 1-2 extra potatoes. When done, and before adding butter, milk, salt and pepper, scoop out about 1 cup to save and add in the Garlic-Rosemary Pull-apart Rolls for Meal 3.
Prepare the broccoli for Meal 3, Broccoli Cheese Soup. Buy 2 pounds of broccoli and chop 1/2 pound into bite size pieces. Save this amount for the soup.
Take out the mashed potato that you saved in Meal 1 to add to the Garlic-Rosemary Pull-apart rolls.
When ready to make the soup, don't forget that you prepared the broccoli during Meal 1. Isn't it nice to have part of the meal prepared?
You have already cooked sweet Italian sausage during Meal 1. Use the Italian sausage in place of the breakfast sausage in the Sausage Breakfast Lasagna.
