Cook Chicken 5-6 chicken breasts to prepare for the week. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Brush both sides of chicken with oil. Bake uncovered 25 to 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Reduce oven heat to 350° to prepare for today's meal. Cool chicken 10 to 15 minutes. Shred 3 breasts for today, cube the remaining to use for Meal 2, Quick Chicken & Veggie Spaghetti.
Use the cooked chicken you cubed for Meal 1 in this easy dish.
Using the homemade whole wheat bread you made for Meal 1 makes the Ham and Swiss Deli Sandwiches even better.
Vegetable and Goat Cheese Spaghetti
Cook 4 additional bratwurst to use in the Beer Brat Chili for Meal 5. In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the 4 brats and boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Save for Meal 5, Beer Brat Chili.
When making the Beer Brat Chili , use the 4 brats that you grilled on Meal 3. Slice them up and add to the chili.
