Add several extra chicken breasts to the grill to be used day 3 in Caprese Chicken Penne Alfredo.
You will need bacon for days 4 and 5, in Grilled Peach and Bacon Salad and in both Gnocchi with Bacon and Escarole and Hearts of Romaine with Blue Cheese and Bacon salad. So make sure to buy enough (16 additional slices) and keep it handy in the refrigerator to to be used on those days.
Boil or buy a pre-cooked ham large enough to use in todays recipe and to thinly slice for Cubano Sandwiches on day 4.
Make an extra batch of biscuits to use on day 4 in Strawberry Shortcake.
Use the extra chicken breasts that you grilled on day 1 in todays pasta recipe.
Use the remaining ham from day 2 in todays sandwiches.
Cook the bacon you reserved on day 1, use approximately 6 slices for todays recipe and 10 for both the Gnocchi with Bacon and Escarole and Hearts of Romaine salad on day 5.
To make this recipe even easier use the leftover biscuits that you made day 2 for todays recipe. Make sure to warm them up before serving.
Hearts of Romaine with Blue Cheese and Bacon
Use the remaining bacon from day 4 in todays Gnocchi and Salad.
