Cook an extra 1 1/4 pound of steak to use day 4 in Chili-Rubbed steak tacos.
While preparing the chicken for today, prepare for day 3 by cutting 2 to 3 chicken breasts (3/4 to 1 pound total) into at least 4 cutlets 1/4 inch thick.
Sweet Potato and Beet Chips with Garlic Rosemary Salt
Use the prepared cutlets from day 2 in todays recipe.
Use the remaining 1 1/4 pound of flank steak in todays taco recipe. You can use the spices called for in this recipe to flavor the meat while reheating it.
