Cook an additional 1 1/4 pounds of ground beef today to be used day 4 in Sour Cream Noodle Bake.
Use the extra 1 1/4 pounds of ground beef that you cooked day 3 in todays Sour Cream Noodle Bake.
Use the left over chicken from day 2 to shred and use in today’s enchiladas.
