Prep 1 additional large bunch of swiss chard by removing the stems and chopping to use day 4 in Garlicky Sauteed Swiss Chard.
You will need 1 pound of cube steak for Cuban Beef and Potato Sandwiches on day 5, so make sure you puchase and tenderize these today to have ready.
Use the swiss chard that you prepped on day 1 for todays recipe.
Use the cube steaks you set aside on day 3 for todays sandwiches.
