Cook enough chicken to have leftovers, you will need 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken for Chicken Enchiladas on day 4. Make the dough for No-Knead Artisan Style Bread, day 2, today so that it can sit for 18-24 hours.
While chopping the onion for todays recipe chop an additional 3/4 cup to use in CoCo's Meatloaf on day 5. Use the dough you made yesterday for today’s bread.
Use the leftover chicken from day 1 in todays enchiladas.
Use the onion you chopped on day 2 for todays meatloaf.
