Cook an additional 1/2 pound of bacon, to use in Green Beans and Bacon on day 5. Remove some bacon grease before adding the brussels sprouts.
Cook an additional 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders to shred and use day 3 in Chicken Enchilada-Stuffed Squash.
Use the chicken you cooked on day 2 for todays meal.
Use the bacon you cooked on day 1 for todays green beans.
