You will need 2 cups of cooked rice for Stuffed Green Peppers. Cook additional rice to have enough leftovers for day 5.
Cut an additional head of Cauliflower into bite size pieces to use day 5 in Spice Roasted Cauliflower and Jerusalem Artichokes.
Use the leftover rice from day 3 for todays stuffed peppers.
Use the head of cauliflower that you cut up on day 4 for todays recipe.
