Ingredients:
0.75 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
0.75 cup packed light-brown sugar
0.25 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Preheat oven and prep pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Line bottom with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; butter paper.

Mix butter, sugars, egg, salt, and cinnamon: In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, egg, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.

Add dry ingredients and raisins: Add flour, oats, and raisins; fold in just until combined.

Spread batter in pan and bake: Spread batter in prepared pan, and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs attached, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan.

Cut into squares: Using paper overhang, lift cake onto a work surface; cut into 16 bars.
